Project Manager will design and implement the Individual Conduct Evaluation. This is an employee-level view of several conduct-related KPIs that will be used at the highest levels of management. The project manager will need to create a project plan with internal milestones with dependencies on functions and IT. This must be rolled out to all CIB Americas by June 2018.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a background in Business Change and solid experience in managing senior stakeholders. The candidate must be self-motivated, assertive and demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to push projects forward. The Project Manager will be expected to be able to manage large change projects and programmes and to be a strong communicator – skilled in building relationships and communicating at appropriate levels for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the entire project lifecycle by taking ownership of deliverables against agreed scope, budget and timeline
  • Forward planning of milestones, tasks and activities
  • Identifying, resolving and escalating risks, issues and dependencies
  • Managing project budgets and resources as required
  • Working with the Project or Programme Sponsors and stakeholders to achieve the project objectives
  • Creating effective solutions to overcome barriers
  • Perform Business Analysis to understand the requirements of the Sponsor

The successful candidate will be:
  • Self-driven and highly resilient
  • Experience of Tableau implementations and handling automated data feeds from multiple systems
  • Strong Business Analysis skills in order to draw out the requirements of the Business
  • Ability to work and communicate with Senior Business partners
  • Have a proven track record and demonstrable experience of managing projects and programmes within a Financial Services environment
  • Experienced in managing significant business change/transformation challenges
  • Knowledgeable of the lifecycle and constraints of IT Projects
  • Knowledgeable of banking and related activities with detailed knowledge of one or more business areas and processes
