Business Overview:
This position will report to the head of the User Onboarding Management (UOM) team in North America and will be part of CP-CITO Control tower. The goal of this team is to:
  • Build, enhance and manage an efficient Employee Onboarding, Transfer & Off-boarding process in North America
  • Implement process and controls in relationship to Software licences renewal
  • Define target data governance to Employee and Application data for North America
 This team is accountable of the effectiveness of all these process (or set of processes) across the region and for all its internal customers.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Onboarding, Transfer and off-boarding process across Americas,
  • Coordinating the onboarding processes with the various departments involved (HR, IT, Compliance, Procurement, Premises, Finance …)
  • Becoming the centralized point of escalation for Hiring Managers during any fulltime or temporary employee onboarding, changes, transfer or exit processes.
  • Producing and monitoring KPIs to control the completeness and length of onboarding processes, proposing new controls when relevant
  • Producing reporting and support to management:
  • Ensuring the overall data coherence of the CIB organizational pyramid in REFOG while performing all necessary updates
  • Maintaining and updating when needed, in close partnership with internal communication, HR and IT, the documentation and marketing associated with the service provided by the team.
  • Using Lean practice, ensuring continuous service improvement of the deliverables of all
  • Contributes to the definition of the Application Referential new governance
  • Contributes to the Software License renewal process improvement
  • Assist the head of the UOM team in her management responsibilities, both with Employees and Contractors. Management responsibilities may become a much more important part of the role by the end of the year.
  • Assist the head of the UOM team in the coordination with the ISPL team (Mumbai)
 Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2  years of experience in IT Support  or in a client facing environment (1 year for Analyst)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Business, Finance or related field
  • Expert knowledge of MS office products and of bank policies and procedures
  • Focus on high client satisfaction

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical users.

 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with onboarding, transfer and off boarding IT process
  • Knowledge of IT and communication processes and tools
