Certified MS Dynamics AX – Subject Matter Expert (Functional & Technical)
Location: Piscataway, NJ. Some travel is expected to onsite. 30%
Project Duration: About 16 weeks – contract only. Possible extensions.

We are looking for a Microsoft Certified Subject Matter Expert in Dynamics AX 2012 R3 implementations with AX for Pharma vertical integration for the primary objective of developing and providing End User Training for a large Pharma company to ensure that users are familiar with the system and can use the system as their sites or functional line goes live.

Specifically, in conjunction with Customer's system subject matter experts and points of contact develop and provide training materials to
  • Achieve a successful deployment for end users
  • Provide reusable materials that can be used for training maintenance, future deployments, extensions and new hires
  • Develop with consistent branding and format
  • Meet all project timelines
  • Handed over to Customer to deliver to end users

The scope of the service for this position includes development and approval of training materials that will be done in conjunction with the Customer

The Customer's deployment of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 includes the following modules:
  • System Administration
  • Warehouse Management (WHS Module)
  • Production Control
  • Product Information Management
  • Data Import and Export
  • Human Resources - only used to create Worker for Warehouse and Handheld device
  • Master Planning
  • Organizational Administration
  • Procurement and Sourcing
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Inventory Management

AX for Pharma modules and customization in scope include:
  • Advanced Quality Management, supporting quality management processes and requirements
  • The Manufacturing Execution System module for dispensing and scale management

Develop training for in-scope modules including:
  • Training for Customer customizations and configurations
  • "Hands on” training in the application of each module/transaction (where applicable)
  • Skills testing to verify users have a good understanding of use & functionality in each module/ transaction.
  • The training should be structured in a manner to support discrete modules, which allows discrete assignment to users and accommodates blocks of time to minimize interruption to business activities.
  • All training materials will become the sole property of Customer
  • Deliver the training utilizing Customer data.
  • The solution is interfaced with scales, handheld scanners and printers. The resource will consult with Customer on the available devices as part of the training development strategy.
  • The vendor will provide Customer with an electronic copy of all training materials in an editable format
  • All web based learning modules must be created in Storyline software to be compatible with Customer's LMS
