OVERVIEW:
  • Recruit international students to increase student population of the branch.
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute high volume of outbound phone calls and emails to prospective students.
  • Reply and follow up leads and set up appointments with prospective students in a timely manner.
  • Lock down prospects for commitment and lead them through the entire enrollment and payment process. End to end process.
  • Review all student information and ensure accuracy when entering it in the school management system.
  • Provide necessary guidance on prospective and current students.
  • Be accessible to students in working to resolve student complaints.
  • Gather all necessary documents from prospective students and coordinate closely with Registrar and DSO regarding student files.
  • Execute sales and marketing driven activities to achieve sales goals.
  • Participate in meetings.
  • Conduct outside (marketing) activities to drive sales.
  • Submission of weekly productivity reports.

*Any other duties that may be assigned by Supervision and/ or Sales Operations Director.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
  • Minimum Associate's degree.
  • Experience in international admissions (desired).
  • Ability to work with people of various cultures.
  • Goal achiever/ results oriented.
  • Team player.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office.
  • Effective problem solving and decision making abilities.
  • Good time management, organizational skills and work ethic.
        And  SAT Sales experience is a plus
