Responsiblity..This position is primarily responsible for assisting consumers who contact General Mills by phone, email or mail. Individual must always represent General Mills in a professional and caring manner..Qualifications..Minimum of six months of customer service experience in an inbound call center. Must be able to type 35 words per minute or higher with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Must be okay working flexible work schedules between 7:30 am -5:30 pm. General knowledge of Microsoft office products including Outlook is preferred..
