The Customer Engagement Team is responsible for compliant execution of all customer engagements; Meetings, Conventions, Scientific Educations Programs and General Consulting. One of the team's many responsibilities is to ensure that customers are paid and appropriately reported in accordance to the Sunshine Act Transparency initiative.
The Customer Engagement Specialist will provide analytical, operational and customer centered support to commercial and medical functions. Essential Functions:
Assist businesses with consulting engagements and educate on current SOP's
Data entry and engagement documentation upload for all customer engagements; Meetings, Conventions, Scientific Educations Programs and General Consulting
Transparency templates updates
Customer Date reports - cross reference for data accuracy
Perform and continue to run Risk/Gap Assessments to ensure audit readiness
Vendor management applicable to General Consulting and Scientific Educational Program arrangements
Partner with businesses and teams to meet objectives while following process
Vendor and process management applicable to General Consulting and Scientific Educational Program arrangements
Process Training / 1-1 awareness / Provide Guidance
Partner with Various Teams: Transparency team, Monitoring Team, FMV CoE, eBuy, Legal, Compliance, and Finance, US HCP Engagement Team
Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
5+ Years Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare Industry exposure
Data Entry Skills: emphasis on Excel
Advanced MS Office skills
Flexible, able to adapt to changing business priorities
Extreme attention to detail and capable of asking insightful questions
Ability to multitask and deliver results within timelines
