*This is a backfill role for a worker who will be out on maternity leave. The timing of when she will be out is unknown, as she is going through the adoption process. This candidate would fill in and has the ability to work up through March when another team member will be out on maternity leave.

Integrated Shopper Marketing (ISM) creates and executes customer-centric, local-level marketing and event programs in partnership with our brand teams, sales teams, and retailers.
General Mills is seeking a Shopper Marketing Planner on our Kroger Business Center (KBC) to lead account-specific shopper marketing planning including campaign/creative briefs and project execution for the Kroger account. This position reports to the Shopper Marketing Manager. It requires considerable interaction with customers as well as internal sales teams and agencies.

• Work closely with the sales organization to understand their business needs and how customers work
• Represent GMI shopper marketing plans and performance to key customers
• Gain a deeper understanding of ISM and the business dynamics of shopper marketing
• Build influence across multiple stakeholders both across and up the organization

In this role you will:
• Lead cross-functional shopper marketing program planning and execution for key market mover(s)
• Develop shopper marketing plans and presentations
• Oversee creative briefs, timelines, budgets, etc. in support of shopper campaigns
• Conduct data/event analysis on key marketing programs
• Attend customer meetings and foster strong working relationships with key marketing and merchandising leaders
• Manage day to day agency relationships and project flow
• Maintain account level shopper marketing budget and approve invoices
• Act as key Operating Unit point for customer marketing support
