Enterprise Infrastructure Architect- Service Now

This role is in support of Design and Architecture of the ServiceNow ITSM application. The Architect will work closely with client, their IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure the business needs are met in the implementation of the ServiceNow Platform and are performed in a controlled and predictive manner consistent with our global standards. A deep expertise of ServiceNow technologies is required as this is a "hands on” role. Experience in working in a large, complex environment is a plus. 

Responsibilities: 
• Understands technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow 
• Provide High Level Design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation 
• Architect Integrations with ServiceNow web-services, email and other relevant technologies 
• Use deep understanding of system and software architecture to design solutions using the perspective of the customer 
• Lead and prescribe clients to best practice 
• Assist with leading discovery workshops with clients 
• Design and Architect ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery Jobs 
• Design and Architect Automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator 
• Understands the workflow engines 
• Create prototypes for client engagements 
• Understanding of PPM Module 
• Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions 
• Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards 
• Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas 
• Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively 
• Deliver technical design documents 
• Manages a team of ServiceNow developers 
• Promotes active listening with team members. 
• Contributes appropriately to conversations.
