Project Leader II

Mission: Manage projects to obtain an optimal result (quality, performance, costs and time) in compliance with the business needs.

Project Management:
You intervene from the upstream phases of the project to define the scope, the objectives, the expected business value and the deliverable of the project, in association with the business stakeholders.
You develop and execute the Project Plan, covering aspects of technology, budget, schedule, risk management, project team, quality, communication, steering committees..
Follow PMO project management methodology. Manage the day-to-day activities of the projects. Maintain and update the project plans. Manage each projects scope. Report project status on a weekly basis and communicate status to the key project participants and interested parties.
Escalate unresolved issues and communicate decisions.
Develop and maintain a project risk plan for both projects and manage the project risks according to the plans.
Project Team Management:
You define, coordinate and lead the project team comprising functional and technical experts.
Design, realization and delivery of the solution:
You lead the project successfully to completion by meeting the commitments of budget, deadlines and quality, meeting Sanofi's IS standards (hosting, standards, methodology, etc.). You make sure of the conformity with the legal requirements.
Change Management:
You define and implement a change plan (sponsorship, communication, raising awareness, training) to prepare the deployment of the solution and obtain the users membership.

Skills:Required skills:
Methods and techniques of project management: concepts and tools (PUMA (client's project methodology. If they have not worked with the client before, they should be able to get up to speed quickly), agile methods)
Techniques of the quality assurance
Knowledge of conception, modelling tools (UML, objects methods, BPM...)
Knowledge of methods, standards and tools of developments
Anticipation and strong autonomy
Capacity to mobilize and to manage multidisciplinary teams
Experience working with Pharma/Life Sciences industry and is experienced in managing projects delivering GxP compliant applications or Health data applications.

Education:College graduate and 5+ years of experience in data processing or other scientific / technical discipline, you must possess a significant experience of IT project management in an international context.
