Title: Manager, Campaign Analytics

This position is responsible for using customer level campaign response data, sales data, profile data and other information to develop statistical and analytic models that are used to quantify the impact of promotion campaigns across customer segments. Using the model results, this position is also responsible for determining the optimal promotion campaign recommendation and effectively communicating those results to key business stakeholders. As the results are approved, this position will work with a cross-functional team to deploy the results. This role will also complete additional analyses, as needed by the business.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Understanding business objectives and proactively recommending, creating and delivering data driven solutions leveraging advanced analytic techniques to provide insight into many business areas, including segmentation, promotion response across sales, marketing and media channels, channel attribution and promotion optimization
Develop advanced statistical models that relate marketing and/or sales activities to financial results
Simulate the impact of future marketing and/or sales activities to identify the optimal result
Design custom analysis tools in applications such as Visual Basic, MS Excel, MS Access, SAS and other software
Synthesize and communicate results to key stakeholders
Collaborate with the promotion strategy, technology and brand teams to ensure results can be implemented in the marketplace
Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables
Oversee the management of the full lifecycle of the data acquisition to production

Skills/Knowledge Required:

Candidates with a range of degrees and backgrounds, although sustained success with a significant volume of analytic and quantitative coursework is required
Analytics candidates commonly possess an advanced degree (master's or PhD) in engineering, operations research, management science, applied mathematics, statistics or econometrics
In addition to a strong academic record of analytic and quantitative work, successful Analytics candidates also have broadly applicable consulting skills such as:
o High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
o Strong oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
o Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
o Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams
o Project Management skills
Proficient in Visual Basic, MS Excel, MS Access, SAS and other software. Knowledge of Tableau would be a plus
