 We need two people to fill roles now vacant:
The following are quality's the applicants should posses.
Needs to be a computer tech with network experience. (A+ and Net+) Needs to have call center experience.
Needs to be familiar with remote support over the phone and over the web.
Needs to speak English fluently and clearly ( NO thick accents) Needs to type fast and accurately, Both grammatically and Technical for emails.
 
Should be familiar with Client printers.
 
Spanish and or french speaking a plus.
Mac experience a plus.
Access and SQL database experience a plus.
 
This is a sit down desk job so wheel chairs are ok.
from 7:30 AM to 4 PM Monday - Friday no weekends, and occasional ( rare OT )
We are on the bus line, it stops right at our door.
