Experience Level: (Advanced, 5 - 7 Years Experience). Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. May require degree in a related area or 5 - 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Build and configure PC's
Ticket and queue management
Inventory management
Remote Support
Laptop and desktop part troubleshooting and replacement
Responsible for tracking and reporting key deliverables as applicable
Will provide support to Service Delivery Manager in the areas of reporting and tracking
Responsible for SLA adherence
Effectively manages competing priorities and demands
Proactively communicates with customers and other relevant parties
Understands customer requirements and follows through to ensure satisfaction
Gathers facts, asks appropriate questions to resolve problems based on sound judgment. Knows when and how to escalate issues in a professional manner.
Demonstrates ability to efficiently and effectively find answers to questions
Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution
Ability to demonstrate and apply knowledge of a specialized field to ensure successful completion of assignments
