Responsible for HR data administration and integrity as assigned. Coordinates the timely maintenance of employee changes and updates, which include: New Hire/Rehire processing, Transfers/Promotions, Terminations, and maintenance of positions and organizational hierarchy structures. Interfaces with Payroll and other HR and non-HR functions to ensure transactions are processed accurately, in accordance with established guidelines, and that all pay related outcomes are addressed. Conducts/participates in routine data integrity audit processes and coordinates error resolution with appropriate parties. Answers routine policy and process questions and acts as the central point of contact for system support for managers and employees. This Human Resources (HR) position provides opportunities to learn different areas within the HR Shared Services function, as well as across other Sanofi Company business functions.
Skills:*Data Entry HR systems experience: Workday or other HR systems such as PeopleSoft or Oracle
Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures
