Receptionist - Part-time

Answer all incoming calls for all Department.

Greet clients scheduled for meetings with Management. Book transportation, hotel and airline reservations for Management and consultants.
Replenish conference rooms with coffee and water.
Pre-Order lunch for Executive Meetings Receive all incoming mail from Federal Express, UPS and Postal Service
Assist HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects.
Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager.
Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical functions.
Any other task, written or verbal, that is assigned by Management.


Must be proficient with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spread sheets, database and presentation software Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Good verbal/written skills, punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail required.
