One of our largest Financial clients has multiple, immediate openings for strong Technical Project Managers. These are for a fulltime, permanent, direct hire type opportunities. These openings are currently located at the following locations:
  • Phoenix, AZ
  • NY, NY

A signing bonus would be provided if relocation assistance is needed. Our client will hire employee's currently on a work visa, as long as the visa is valid for 3 more years. After a year, our client will also apply for and cover all costs for a "Green Card.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drives integrated teams to deliver technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance
  • Works within and across business units to prioritize, plan, and execute the development schedule for major product releases
  • Manages and tracks team velocity, financials, and other KPIs in relation to the plan and published progress reports
  • Assigns development resources to activities and monitors performance across resource channels
  • Maintains dependency plan between planned sprints across engineering, infrastructure, and third-parties
  • Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiatives
  • May perform hands on reviews of product backlog, designs, code, test scripts and results in addressing delivery impediments or product quality issues.
  • Ensures deliverables across engineering teams are high quality and clearly documented
  • Conducts daily stand-ups and retrospectives at the end of each sprint, and ensures that the team is continuously learning from the past
  • Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies

Job Requirements:
Skills General Technical Project Management Must - 5+ years
  Understanding of cloud technology concepts and terminology Must
  Budget and resource management and reporting Must - 3+ years
  Agile/Scrum Methodology Must - 3+ years
  Agile Certification Should
  Experience with core PM tools: MS Project, Clarity or Rally Should
  Salesforce.com Platform Must - 2+ years
  Salesforce.com Administrator training Must
  Hands on Salesforce.com configuration and administration experience Must
  Understanding of Salesforce platform limitations Must
  Understanding of Salesforce integration techniques with Enterprise applications Could
  Salesforce Certifications Should
  Experience with Salesforce.com AppExchange applications Should
  Experience with cloud ETL tools e.g. Data Loader Could
  Experience with other IT disciplines such as .Net, JAVA Could
  Coaching Engineers and other team members Must
