A signing bonus would be provided if relocation assistance is needed. Our client will hire employee's currently on a work visa, as long as the visa is valid for 3 more years. After a year, our client will also apply for and cover all costs for a "Green Card.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the oversight and governance of multiple scrum development teams working on global SF org
  • Driving continuous improvement in platform structure and quality
  • Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies
  • Participating in gate reviews and quality control over product deployments
  • Identifying exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges
  • Working with senior business and technology leadership to guide the direction of the platform.
Job Requirements:
Skills General Software Development Experience Must - 10+ years
  Understanding of cloud technology concepts and terminology Must - 8+ years
  Experience with IT disciplines such as .Net, JAVA Must
  Web Services and API utilization Must
  Agile/Scrum Methodology Must - 3+ years
  Agile Certification Should
  Experience with core project tools: QC, Rally Could Platform Must - 8+ years Administrator training Must
  Hands on configuration and administration experience Must - 8+ years
  Understanding of Salesforce platform limitations Must - 8+ years
  Understanding of Salesforce integration techniques with Enterprise applications Must - 8+ years
  Salesforce Certifications Must - Must - 5+ years
  SFDC triggers and controllers Must - 5+ years
  Creating Visual Force pages Must - 5+ years
  Using DML, sObjects, SOQL or SOSL Must - 5+ years
  Experience with AppExchange applications Must
  Experience with cloud ETL tools e.g. Data Loader Must
  Test Driven Development Should
  Coaching Engineers and other team members Should
