Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelors degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Project Coordination Skills
Manage and execute IT projects
Networking knowledge (wireless)
System architecture - .Net, SQL server, IT Skills.
PLC plant automation knowledge
Perform all project management activities for assigned projects
Gather all the requirements for assigned projects from all stakeholders
Coordinate working teams to gather needed data and summarize results
Provide status reports as needed throughout the project
Consult with all levels of IT organization and help serve as a conduit for communication between departments and divisions.
Resolve issues within the project as they arise, escalating when required
Ensure project completion on time
Complete project documentation throughout life cycle of project
This position is required to work on-site at customer in Vance, Alabama, with no option for remote support. 40 hours per week is the standard work week, but flexibility to work a longer work week may be required. If weekend or holiday work is required, this will be coordinated in advance with the resource.
Expert skill with all Microsoft Office Products (MS Project, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word)

Work experience in a manufacturing environment
Automotive experience
Excellent German Language Skill
Experience with Remedy and Clarity applications
Experience supporting a PLUS/PLC environment
Experience programming/scripting (Unix, Lotus Notes)
