The selected consultant will be responsible for contacting Department Human Services (CDHS) customers following the (CDHS) Windows 7 / Office 2010 Software upgrade / migration project.
This Customer Service Training Support Specialist role will provide a high level of over the phone /remote access training for CDHS Computer customers.
Responsibilities Include:
  1. Contacting each customer after their computer has been migrated;
  2. Survey / interview each customer to ensure that software questions are answered;
  3. Provide a 10 to 20 minute over the phone and using remote control) individual training session;
  4. Follow-up with the migration team regarding all unresolved computer upgrade related issues;
  5. Document migration related issues.
