 SUMMARY: Responsible for staffing and scheduling of nurse staff, including background checks, license verification and testing for nurse facilities within territory assigned.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
Interview and assess skill of nurses and therapist seeking placement through Aequor Healthcare Staffing Services. Visit medical facilities to build relationships and increase business.
 
Communicate with employers who need healthcare staff, to identify exact skills and experience needed.
 
Recruit and identify Nurses, Therapist and any other Healthcare needs.
 
Inform recruits of job openings and detail of roles and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions and promotional opportunities.
 
Perform reference and background checks on all candidates.
 
End to end full desk recruitment and staffing process.
 
Contact employers to solicit orders for job vacancies, determining their requirements and recording relevant data such as job descriptions.
 
Call on new and existing clients to generate job orders.
 
Quote bill rates and generate proposals to clients.
 
Conduct workshops and demonstrate the use of job listing to assist medical needs with skill building.
 
Verify time sheets and payroll processing of all healthcare positions.
 
 Bring all staffing and disciplinary problems to Team leader or Sales & marketing Manager.
 
Monitor and direct, coordinates and control the schedule of healthcare services and rotating on-call duty.
 
Answer call and inquires about patient services associates with the healthcare faculties for the highest quality of life.
 
Search for and recruit healthcare open positions through campus job fairs and advertisement.
 
Any other task, written or verbal, that is assigned by Management.
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  Experience in HealthCare Staffing – minimum two years of working experience.  Knowledge of medical terminology and strong administrative and communication skills required. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and be familiar with job boards.
