 Aequor Technologies  has an immediate opening available for an IT Healthcare Business Solutions Sales Executive to work out of headquarters office is Iselin.
AEQUOR HEALTH IT - We provide quality technology solutions and end-to-end IT services to the healthcare industry. Our Managed Healthcare IT Solutions provide a range of customizable and configurable options for healthcare organizations of all sizes. Our healthcare domain knowledge, technology expertise, education and resource augmentation enable clients to fulfill both patient and organizational missions.

This position is responsible for identifying, developing and closing sales of Aequor Solutions into the Healthcare Sector.  Must have 5+ years experience in the technology industry to drive incremental solutions sales
They will develop, implement, and manage a strategic business and sales plan for their given region. Face to face visits with top customers, prospects, partners.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Selling / Account Management / Customer Service.
  • Attain minimum of 100% of assigned sales quota.
  • Develop business and relationships with key End Users and VAR's through close communications.
  • Promote new and key products to this customer base through demonstrations and presentations.
    Develop and manage sales and marketing programs to develop increased awareness & demand for our products.
  • Maintain records of customer information & performance. Establish goals and track performance to objectives.
  • Manage customer service issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Cold Calling and generating new clients
 Prospect Development -- 
  • Develop & identify new end user opportunities through prospecting and key end user meetings and demos to meet the company objectives for pipeline development.
    Work with VAR's as much as possible to help develop this new business through the dealer channel
  • . Maintain data base of calls to prospects for future use and communications
    Attend trade shows and events to identify new prospects
  1. Planning Administration
  •  Provide timely, accurate & complete sales reports and forecasts. Attend required sales conference calls.
  • Give thorough market feedback to management.
  • Plan activities, agendas, programs with achieving business budget always in mind
  • Maintain a high level of product technical knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of competitive product awareness.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge in the specific needs of the company focused vertical market sectors.
  • Stay with changes in technologies and communicate this knowledge on to your dealers/customers.
  • Skills:
    • Health IT focus along with experience in selling EHR/EMR products.
    • Experience in providing HER/EMR solutions to hospitals and health systems.
    • Experience in providing staff Augmentation services in the hospital/health systems is a huge plus.
- Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing preferred. Equivalent will be considered.



- Must have previous responsibility for directly driving technology solutions sales focused on end user (not channel).
- 5+ Years direct end user sales (not channel) focus. Healthcare focus is preferable.
- Must have strong communications skills to include presentation experience to "C" level Executives
