SUMMARY: The Account Manager for this Healthcare Market Division position reports to the Vice President. The incumbent will be responsible for growing existing accounts for NJ & NY for our Healthcare Staffing Division.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
Maintains strong knowledge of healthcare staffing industry policies and procedures and applies them consistency.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing key accounts.
Ability to apply consultative selling skills and ¿close the deal¿
Articulate communication skills (in person and over the phone)
Proven abilities in the area of competitive account development
Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company¿s customer base in territory
Coordination of marketing materials and campaigns
 
Follow up with employers to ensure needs are met by the nurse(s) placed at their location.
 
Call on new and existing clients to generate job orders.
 
Quote bill rates and generate proposals to clients.
 
 
 
 
 
Navigate entire client organization through consistent phone and email strategy in order to cultivate relationships and referrals with relevant departments and hierarchy of decision makers
 
 
Any other task, written or verbal, that is assigned by Management.
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  Experience in HealthCare Staffing ¿ minimum three years of working experience.  Knowledge of medical terminology and strong administrative and communication skills required. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and be familiar with job boards. Must have Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and proven ability to ¿close the deal¿.
