Presales Associate
Job Description
As the Presales Associate you will be responsible of the technical solution for Providing technical support to the sales team with new opportunities, with a focusing on securing further business.
Your main task and responsibilities will be leading RFPs responses, ensuring compelling answers to questions and driving first level reviews. You will be taking lead for planning the business mobile sites, initiating region based projects to evaluate potential business, planning fixed network infrastructure and executing sales activities along with business marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities shall also include the following:
 
  • Planning product focus sales for new and complex solutions which include sales value proposition, sales meeting, sales proposal, and management of the implementation

  • Planning the delivery process on weekly bases to ensure commercial alignment with technical progress and therefore managing customer expectation.

  • Developing solid understanding of competitor environment via networking and attending events.
You should have a university degree in Engineering or IT with at least 4 years experience in IT Services sales.
 

  • Good planning and organizing skills

  • Good customer service focus

  • Good selling and customer focus/service skills

  • Good leadership skills

  • Good oral and written English a must.

  • Good computer skills in using sales systems and MS Office.
