Lead the digital creation and delivery of revenue-generating and revenue-driving content driving overall brand strategies for a specific therapeutic area in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT and others. This person works across a therapeutic area to identify opportunities to reduce costs and save time by creating high quality digital content and assets, shepherding them through Medical Legal Review (MLR) process that reduces cycle time and drives efficiencies. Strong understanding of therapeutic area strategy/key messages, proactive communication, effective time management, the ability to manage short- and long-term projects, shifting business priorities and strong business accountability is critical to success.
In close collaboration with the Brand Teams, provide digital design and creative/content expertise from the development of initial creative concepts and follow through to final approval ensuring quality standards are met throughout.
Responsible for flawless execution of promotional and scientific/medical content according to a creative brief or with minimal direction provided by the Brand team.
Design, implement and optimize cross-channel digital marketing campaigns programs including, but not limited to: website landing pages, email campaigns, and internal company notifications.
Critically reviews all input documents, i.e. creative brief, to ensure a quality and complete output.
In addition to digital content creation and management, will develop and deliver print and other offerings as needed by the business.
Protectively identifies opportunities to add value and go beyond what is expected.
Manages content expertly through Human Pharma Review Committee Process (HPRC)also known as the Medical Legal Review (MLR) process from submission and performs key agency related tasks for promotional and scientific/medical content.
Creative liaison for Creative Operations with internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing, Corporate Communications, Sourcing, Digital Production house, ad agencies and collateral communication agencies, and print vendors.
Highly proficient in designing, coding and producing digital content which includes but not limited to emails, Veeva system-generated emails, banner ads, micro-sites, mobile, interactive info-graphics, and digitally related content.
Accountable to complete key Vault tasks, creative development, and flawless execution of promotional and scientific/medical content for all brands and Medical partners.

Exhibits expert knowledge of web technology and understands HTML programming as it relates to design.
Creates intuitive and engaging design and navigation that follows overall good UX/UI practices to execute a world-class multi-channel experience.
Manages compliance with HPRC process as outlined in relevant SOPs.
Facilitates the HPRC - MLR review process.
Responsible to provided creative operations support to brand teams within specific therapeutic area while performing as a back up for other Digital Designer and Producers.
Manages competing brand priorities in order to meet deadline and ensure quality outputs.
Leverages Embedded Agency to produce content on-time and within quality specifications.
Meets regularly with Brand Teams to foster relationship and maintain deep brand strategy and tactic knowledge and understanding.
Regularly attends required HPRC and brand agency status meetings in order to ensure content quality and approval in a timely fashion.
Successfully interfaces with leadership teams, external vendors, Sourcing, Brand Marketing, Operations, Medical, Legal and Regulatory stakeholders to deliver design and creative content.
Directs and leads day to day activities and projects assigned to the embedded agency.
Must be highly talented in content creation/design platforms and software, and familiar with the content marketing platforms in which the content will be used.
Has expert knowledge of print and digital channel (such as general design rules for email creation, website development, responsive design, landing page layouts, banner sizing, SEO, responsive solutions, apps and any other digitally related material) asset best practices.
Able to deliver high quality promotional and scientific/medical content that create meaningful experiences for external customers that differentiate BI's products in the marketplace.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Expert proficiency in HTML and web coding, CSS, Flash, browsers and platforms
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly experienced with online media, social networks and digital trends
Working knowledge of customer document management software systems (e.g. ZINC, GCMA, Vault)---highly desirable
Ability to communicate technical requirements to developers, IT staff and business leaders
Detail oriented with demonstrated proofreading ability
Excellent interpersonal skills—including
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time with deadline pressures.
Customer Service orientation (internal, external)
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication, Communication, Marketing Digital Media, or other related field
7+ years of experience in digital media required.
