Sr. Financial Analyst/Manager, Revenue COE

JOB PURPOSE
The Sr. Financial Analyst, Revenue COE role is a key position in the revenue and reporting team and is responsible for Accounting & Reporting for the assigned division (s) in the N.A. Financial Service Center.
The role requires strong working relationships with the FSC Accounting & Reporting team, Divisional Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and the NTO Finance organization of the assigned division (s).
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Interact proactively with related functional areas of the divisions to ensure appropriate balances, expense recognition and financial reporting is accomplished
Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations & Analysis
Prepare journal entries (re/de –valuation, adjustments, true-ups etc.)
Help drive operational excellence with full alignment with all Client business, compliance and audit requirements
Responsible for the delivery of service levels and SLA/KPI targets`
Collaborate with stakeholders, including cross-divisional business colleagues, both internal and external accounting authorities/auditors, and Division and Group Financial Reporting and Accounting, and ensure appropriate communication with these stakeholders when questions regarding accounting/reporting matters arise.
Maintain the appropriate standard of technical competence

4+ years of financial experience, preferably in Big 4 public accounting, and the healthcare industry including:
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS (GAAP)
- Accounting and financial reporting requirements
- Enterprise systems knowledge (SAP)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful improvements in performance, quality and efficiency through system and process innovation and effective project management
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization, and build mutually productive business partner
Significant experience in financial accounting and reporting, auditing and financial process engineering, with record of strong control focus
Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and management skills
Demonstrated understanding of key business fundamentals and value drivers
Demonstrated commitment to Company’s beliefs, values and organizational goals
Possesses unquestioned integrity and strong ethics

Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance
CPA and/or CMA is strongly preferred
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred
Continuous Improvement training preferred (i.e. Six Sigma)
