This role is responsible for developing an active hiring strategy and the administrative ownership for managing the entire external hiring process for wage operator roles at the Chanhassen plant. Specific administrative job duties include: posting job requisition, managing candidate tracking through iCIMs, coordinating local onsite hiring events, and managing the offer and contingency process. We have a local need to hire 25-30+ operators ASAP in a very tight labor market; this role will be responsible for helping us source talent deferentially to ensure we meet business commitments. Qualifications for the role include: 5+ years prior recruiting and hiring experience – with manufacturing hiring experience preferred, experience using candidate tracking platforms (like iCIMs), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
