 Account Manager
A self-starter with the ability to identify and develop new customer relationships.  Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new and existing business accounts. Ensure effective communication with the customer or prospect to set appropriate expectations for a qualified solutions to their needs.
  • Identify and recruit a strong network of creative talent through both proactive and passive strategies such as the use of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), job postings, referrals and traditional networking
  • Build long lasting successful relationships with the industry leading companies, agencies and brands by consistently delivering top talent and unsurpassed customer service
  • Collaborate with your Business Development partners to strategically expand your existing business within individual accounts
  • Proactively market Aequor's best-in-class talent to your existing client relationships
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a successful Account Manager
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for developing relationships with professionals in organizations of all levels and sizes
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to commit and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in a self-starting, self-motivated sales position
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience in relevant field
