  • On-Site Lead Technician
    • Management of all IPT Systems
    • Vendor management
    • Reporting and metrics (CDR, Tickets, Availability, etc.)
    • Service Desk Training
    • Backup of systems
    • Admin User management
    • 8x5 coverage – daily ops
    • 7x24 emergency, project, and maintenance coverage
    • IPT Remote hands
    • Day to Day Operations
    • Server installations and Decommissioning
    • Campus Cabling
    • Monitoring of alarms and alerts
  • Complete and document Daily morning Checklist of IPT equipment
    • Monitor Request and Incident Ticketing Queues
    • Keeping IPT, Storage, and Operations rooms neat and clean
    • Maintaining Client Cabling standards
    • Vendor management
    • Providing Escorted and Monitored access for Vendors and NIBR Associates
    • PRI Circuit Management
    • Voice Gateway Management
    • Engineering new solutions
    • Support for Jabber and IP Communicator
    • Cisco Emergency Responder Management for Moves , Add, Changes
    • UCCX Script Changes for Holidays, Day of week & Day of time changes
    • UCCX Database Routing changes for Service Desk
    • UCCX Agent Moves/Adds/Changes
    • Zoom Call Recording Solution Management & Moves/Adds/Changes
    • Cisco Paging Moves/Add/Changes
    • CCNP-Voice /CCVP
    • UCCX Certified Train Service Desk Supervisors on UCCX Training and answer questions
    • Management of Cisco & Vistapoint Moves/Add/Changes
