  • 7 years experience with all areas of IT
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  •  Strong customer service skills;
  • good verbal and written communications skills Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Familiar with configuration management - control of IT assets
  • Familiar with networking and communications:
  • Support of interaction between two or more networking systems, computers or other intelligent devices (e.g. switches, routers, etc)
  • Familiar with operation systems and infrastructure services
  • Familiar with desktop software
  • Good time management skills
  • Familiar with service management system tools for recording, progressing and reorting incidents and service requests
  • Proficient in corporate, industry and professional standards (eg, safety standards, help desk procedures, corporate quality and change management processes, ITIL)
