The main accountabilities for the LMS Administrator is serving as a electronic learning management system administrator in support of training change initiatives. Including creation and management of documents in support the training initiatives, documents created/managed in standard applications; SharePoint, Excel, Word etc. Kalamazoo learning management system is PGS Learning System (PLS). Also accountable for the processing of training documents within the site change management system. Kalamazoo change management system is Quality Tracking System (QTS). Accountable to providing excellent customer service to the site for all training processes related to the PLS. •PLS data entry
•Processing change control of training documents using QTS and PLS
•Providing training reports as requested
•Preparing documents to support project milestones
•Printing and preparation of training materials
•Maintaining data integrity within the PLS system.
•Maintains change control of curricula documents in PLS using QTS in support of site training initiatives.
