Job Title: Market Research Manager
Job Description: Will collect and interpret primary and secondary research, and provide recommendations on the direction of current and future products.
Essential Functions
- Design, execute and analyze qualitative and quantitative market research
- Design, execute and analyze secondary analysis
- Leverage market research methods and techniques to identify key customer insights
- Provide on-going analyses, trends and ad hoc analyses utilizing private insurance vaccine claims tracking
- Propose and manage research agency selection and manage the contractor relationship.
- Develop and sustain close working relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain state of the art market research methodologies and practices and their utilization in decision-making.
- Meet with multi-functional teams for the primary purpose of identifying information and data needs.
- Monitor, control and negotiate all marketing research related expenses to ensure the cost-effective use of allocated resources.
- Provide information / insights to support the business planning process for each of the functional areas.
- Communicate research findings to management to ensure clear understanding of information and marketing implications.
- Evaluate new business opportunities.
- Actively participate in brand team, cross-functional team meetings, status meetings and any other functions which would foster greater understanding of team issues and goals.
- Is a team player, fully supports and implement decisions, avoids work in silos and helps peers.
- Sees and encourages team to see opportunities even in difficult situations.
- Is action-oriented & full of energy to deliver on time, decisive and ensure fast implementation.

Primary / Secondary Market Research
Vaccine Experience preferred; MUST have relevant industry experience

Bachelor's degree minimum in Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Statistical Analysis, Marketing), AND at least 5 years of experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals or biologics. Vaccine Experience preferred
