Lead - QA | Mobile Apps & API | Boston, MA
Define and lead the definition of a global testing vision and strategy, including process roadmaps, policies, procedures and standards for the Testing Domain
  • Define the end to end test framework, associated processes and standards in support of business transformation programs and all project types
  • Manage and coordinate the Testing Domain, community of interest, process improvement and standardization
  • Plans, coordinates and manages a programs or project's overall Automation testing approach and strategy
  • Plans and coordinates Automation test scripts in all the testing environments.
  • Plans for and coordinates the use of tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of testing
  • Coordinates all releases Automation testing efforts includes Regression, System Automation, End to End
  • Will assist QA management in effective planning, coordination and control of available resources
  • Introduce new techniques, products, services, technologies and standards where needed
Must have hands on experience with Mobile automation tests for Android and iphone, using Selenium and Appium
• Must have experience leading automation test case design and code coverage review
• Must have hands on experience designing from scratch and implementing KPI, Metrics, reports for automation coverage, automation burn down etc. and presenting to Executives and major stakeholders
• Extensive knowledge creating automated test suites, test script management and development Strong Experience implementing/developing Automation Frameworks: POM, Keyword, Hybrid and/or BDD from business functional requirements from the ground up
• Advanced knowledge in Programming Languages & Use of Test Automation tools & frameworks (Java, Selenium)
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required to identify inconsistencies between requirements and delivered capabilities.
• Proven in-depth analytical skills are necessary to identify and troubleshoot quality issues and to assist in problem resolution
