Skills Required
Strong understanding of Cloud operations and application migrations and specifically within AWS and Azure government cloud
Masters degree, preferably in engineering, science, math or business administration
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a plus
15 years of program/project management experience
Team collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Build & CI automation tools (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Puppet) Containerization (e.g. Docker)
Experience with Cloud Technologies including AWS, Azure, and hybrid Cloud architectures
Experience managing the migration of applications to the cloud
Demonstrated success applying the principles and practices of program management
Experience defining and running a diverse program management team
Define, delegate and manage program staff roles and responsibilities
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of an information technology program
Ability to identify problems that will impact program performance and delegate the right resources to define, recommend, and implement corrective courses of action
Occasional travel required
Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee all technical efforts to migrate applications to Azure and AWS and sustain and enhance operations once migrated
Manage technical effort to re-factor legacy applications to utilize Cloud-native services
Provide subject matter expertise and leadership to senior stakeholders
Provide guidance and expertise on migrations and cloud technologies to customers
Knowledgeable in the latest trends and advancements in the Cloud space
Manage technical effort using Agile and DevOps processes and technologies
Manage all program level(scope, schedule, financial, contractual, subcontract) activities
Formulate plans and recommend effective strategies to the customer to meet cost, schedule, and deliverable objectives
Ensure the program is properly staffed, managing team members, subcontracters
Establish and assess the program cost and schedule
Manage risk throughout the program's life
Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings to include agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up
Provide project implementation management/deployment planning support
Collaborate with project team to achieve high customer satisfaction

·Minimum 7-10 years of Project/Program Management experience with a focus on business critical projects in an extremely fast-paced agile environment.
·Experience in applying Agile and Scrum project management techniques to solve business problems
