Work collaboratively with product managers, project stakeholders, development resources and quality assurance to identify needs, evaluate solution options, define solution scope and objectives specific to business requirements, and set expectations for delivery;
Participate in cross-functional efforts that coordinate activities for multiple teams for successful introduction of new products and facilitate IT's ability to respond with a 'Rough Order of Magnitude' (ROM) specific to design, development, resources, costs and schedule estimates;
Ensure Business Requirements are translated well into detailed functional requirements and technical design;
Deliverable responsibilities: Scope, Business, Functional and Technical Requirements/Specification Documentation, Prototypes, Process Flows and project documentation;
Convey project messages effectively in both written and verbal format and effectively communicate relevant or sensitive project information in a tactful manner;
Meet with project teams regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines and participate in project post mortems to ensure continuous improvement;
Actively participate and contribute to solution and platform strategies, architecture and design of application and systems development to support customer needs.
Support projects spanning a variety of product lines from inception through implementation in order to facilitate the most positive end-user experience for InComm's Financial Services Customers
WORK EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
4 year degree
5 years' experience writing business, functional and technical specifications.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is required.
Strong Oral and written communication skills required
Ability to think critically and analytically required
Ability to analyze complex business process and design technical solutions to support them.
Ability to grasp technical understanding of a project quickly, see the big picture and drive toward resolution
General understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design
Ability to deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations
Be able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
