Responsibilities
Towers Watson IT is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sr. Solutions Engineer in our Philadelphia office. The successful candidate will join our team responsible for authentication and access management services.

Posting Summary:

In this position, the successful candidate must demonstrate enterprise experience in design/delivery of distributed IT solutions to meet business requirements in a dynamic environment.

Responsible for installation, configuration of internal/external web based business systems encompassing test and production environments.

Must have ability to partner and work with business unit, vendor application development as well as diverse areas within IT in an on-going basis.

Must have capability to successfully bring together diverse areas of technology to deliver enterprise solutions.

The candidate draws upon professional experience to anticipate problems and propose sound solutions that address needs of the project.

Description:
Required Skills
:
  • 5+ years experience implementing Identity Management Solutions.
  • 2+ years experience implementing MS Identity Lifecycle Manager (ILM) and Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) with multiple reference implementations.
  • 3+ years of coding experience with C# and .NET.
  • Should be a highly skilled MS FIM architect and developer.
  • Advanced understanding of software development lifecycle and application architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and MS Windows 2003/2008/2008 R2.
  • Working knowledge of other technology infrastructure components, including but not limited to operating systems MS SCCM/SCOM, TCP/IP, Firewall rules, SSL, relational databases Oracle, SQL Server, IIS, .NET, system management / monitoring SNMP.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with systems support and performance analysis of relational and object oriented database systems.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in a highly scalable and fault tolerant environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
