  • We are looking for someone great with customer service but also very detailed oriented. Someone who is flexible with hours, doesn't mind overtime and weekends occasionally and looking for somewhere to grow their career. This position does require 25% of travelling including overnights in Austin, TX, Pleasanton, CA and other locations as needed.
Job Description:
  • Serve as the central point-of-contact for training programs at the Allergan Training Center, Reston, VA, including managing the day to day activities for CoolSculpting University, New Hire Training, and other events.
  • Support the coordination and logistical support for training programs at the Reston, VA location
  • Serve as a contact for attendees at training programs.
  • Track and maintain CoolSculpting University programs communication through Salesforce.
  • Support planning sessions and processes, including material gathering and consolidation, and coordination among customer, prospective clients, vendors and the sales team.
  • Work with external vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide overall administrative support and coordination to ensure seamless operation of the training department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to work weekends as needed.
  • Must be willing to travel to Pleasanton, CA, Austin, TX as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, with emphasis in event, communication or human services/social services.
  • Demonstrate experience in customer service administration or project management.
  • Experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Flexibility in work hours and overtime, including weekends, will be required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a very fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, planning and prioritizing abilities.
  • High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with sales force personnel is a plus.
