Customer Service Representative III

 Our client, a leading medical device company is looking for a Customer Service Representative III. This is for an initial duration of 6 months and is located in Alpharetta, GA

Description/Comment:
  • Maintain daily contact with key client contacts and perform data entry / order processing within specified system.
  • Document and report on status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
  • Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and 5-8 years of experience.
  • MUST BE BI-LINGUAL AND SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH
 Hours:  8:00am to 5:00pm
