 Our client, a leading Biomedical Laboratory Instruments company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator. This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located in Marlborough, MA

Must Haves:
  • 2+ years of High Volume CORPORATE recruiting experience, must have managed interview coordination, sourcing, and screening interviews.
  • Taleo and Workday system experience
  • Polished and Professional - Will be working with high level executives.
  • Tech Savvy - Experience booking travel arrangements, conference rooms, setting up virtual interviews (Microsoft Team experience is a plus)
  • Medical Device background (recruiting) is a plus should be familiar with clinical, engineering, and manufacturing positions
 Job Description:
  • The Recruitment Coordinator position is a temporary assignment that could be considered for a conversion into a full time role.
  • They will be reporting into the HR Operations Manager, and will be responsible for the creations of new requisitions into Taleo, scheduling interviews and booking rooms, scheduling travel arrangements for applicants interviewing, processing talent assessments (LDW), creating offer letters and managing the background/drug test process for our Life Sciences and Diagnostics Platforms of Client.
  • This person will be partnering closely with our Talent Advisors (Recruiters) to ensure we are moving applicants through the hiring process swiftly and providing the best candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
