Service Support Lead

Our client, a leading fortune company is looking for a Service Support Lead. This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located in Beaverton, OR
 
Duties:
  • Customer-facing. Answer in-coming emails and calls from customers, account team members, and internal partners. Ensure orders are accurately received and maintain them for delivery in line with customer expectations. Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation.
 Skills:
  • Strong Customer Service/Logistics/Operational experience. Understanding of customer service values and behaviors.
  • Strong command of English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Computer skills:
  • MS Word, Windows, Excel, Power Point Typical Office: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
