 Our client, a leading Biomedical Laboratory Instruments company is looking for a Sr. Associate Scientist. This is for an initial duration of 3 months and is located in Cambridge, MA

Major responsibilities include:
  • Performing all shipping and receiving tasks related to test and measuring equipment.
  • Keeping and maintaining an accurate records and logs of test and measuring equipment. Checking in and keeping appropriate records for all other received items including: Test equipment sent out for calibration maintaining a list as to when an item was sent out and when it was received back, Proactively address monthly calibration schedules and the distribution of test equipment coming due for the month, Document and respond to field service personnel and user inquiries regarding test equipment shipments. Required qualifications: Must have proficient computer typing and data entry skills. Basic MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word knowledge.
  • Must be able to follow work instructions (verbal and written). Must be proactive, detail-orientated and have strong organizational skills. '
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
