Job Description
  • While strategic thinking and coordination are important elements of this role, this individual will be required to take a very hands-on role with requirements, design, development, testing, deliverable preparation and other related activities across various functional groups.
  • Lead end-to-end analysis and documentation of business procedures including all logic, validations, and dependencies involved.
  • Includes working as an effective liaison between groups to ensure that needs are addressed while maintaining alignment to the goals and strategy.
  • Document and organize business flows to enable successful implementation of useful solutions to solve complex business problems by working across various teams,
  • understanding the needs of our customers.
  • Interact hands-on with teams and customers to identify opportunities for enhancements and work to provide solutions.
  • Support projects working to define systems architecture to support cross-functional, multi-system solutions that scale and are flexible to meet the future needs of the organization.
  • Maintain and enhance workflows that support functionality within Salesforce Lightning.
  • Support the design, scoping, implementation, and testing in short agile release cycles of in-house development and vendor implementations end-to-end.
  • Drive enhancements to product features customizations and integrations with other Systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the business problems you solve.
  • Support multiple projects with dependencies, simultaneously.
  • Anticipate business needs and respond with alternative solutions with priorities change.
  • Document standard operating procedures and best practices for the Salesforce business team.
  • Experience & Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related degree
  • preferred 2-5 years of technology consulting or similar relevant industry experience
  • 2+ years of Salesforce platform implementation, integration or development experience
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Professional Skills/Competency
  • Broad knowledge in Sales Cloud, Communities and Service Cloud Salesforce Consultant, Architect, or Developer Certification Experience with Salesforce
  • Analytics
  • Experience with business process mapping/design
  • Experience with change management, including rollout planning, training plan development and user adoption
  • Knowledge of integration platforms like MuleSoft, Informatica, and Informatica Cloud Leadership Skills/Competency Outstanding verbal and written communications skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and influence outcomes beyond direct areas of ownership Consistently demonstrates and follows high standards of integrity in business decision-making Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgement, problem solving, and decision making abilities
  • Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of seniority
  • Experience managing large scale implementations of business solutions
