Job Description:
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, PR, English, communications, marketing, business, or related field required
  • 5 -7 years of marketing or communications experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • Proven ability to communicate plans across a complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basis
  • Experience initiating and driving the ideation process contributing meaningful, innovative strategies to the business
  • Familiarity with the Agile product management approach
  • Expert-level experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Apple Keynote
  • Understanding of web design and development principles and platforms (WordPress, CSS, HTML)
  • Deep understanding of internal communications trends, channels and digital landscape with a digital-first mindset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated high level of expertise using video and audio production software
  • Creative writing skills preferred
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining keen attention to detail
  • A strong passion for branding and visual storytelling
  • Project Management experience in developing and executing project workbacks, timelines and budgets
  • Ability to comprehend business needs, synthesize technical and specialized knowledge and translate them into a compelling story
  • Tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work well with a large variety of personalities at all levels of business
Responsibilities:
  • Defining and delivering innovative communications strategies and plans
  • Managing and executing communications tactics across print, video and online channels
  • Design internal and external presentations for senior leaders using PowerPoint
  • Writing and editing content for campaigns, presentations, websites and videos
  • Coordinating all communications timelines and deliverables
  • Measuring communications effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Managing communications budgets and resource needs
  • Create branded assets for internal events and audiences
  • Explore new channels and ways of communication and design to engage stakeholders
  • Lead the creation of assets and partner with agencies as needed
  • Partner with communications peers across Global Operations Team (GOT) Communications to drive integrated and consistent messaging in support of the DDS strategy and objectives
