Our client, a leading fortune company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator. This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located in Westborough, MA

Job Description:
 Must Haves:
  • Corporate Recruiting experience / Talent Acquisition in a high volume / fast pace environment
  • Experience with high volume of interview scheduling and sourcing experience (NOT LOOKING for full cycle recruiting or jack of all trades)
  • The candidate must have proven experience with have had proven ability to be able to schedule multiple interviews with a number of leaders who are domestic or international (Interview volume is high approximately 20-30 a day for multiple interview panels and locations)
  • Must have good tenure

  • Friendly & Eagerness to jump (Personality)
  • Can juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can handle a fast pace workload
  • Computer savvy: Microsoft suites / workday / taleo / outlook/ office teams/ Skype buisness
  • You will support multiple recruiters
  • Interview volume is high approximately 20-30 a day for multiple interview panels and locations
  • Professional who is technically savvy with: Internet navigation, setting up presentations, virtual meetings, Skype, learn new systems quickly.
  • Polished demeanor – will be interacting with multiple executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Suits experience would be strong: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Friendly and very results driven
  • Critical thinking is required, must be able to problem solve
  • Other duties: Will be responsible for the creations of new requisitions into Taleo, scheduling interviews and booking rooms, scheduling travel arrangements for applicants interviewing, processing talent assessments (LDW), creating offer letters and managing the background/drug test process
