Duties
  • Well versed in ANSI.ASQ Z1.4 sampling plans
  • Familiar with AQL sampling, normal, reduced, and tightened inspections and switching rules.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP as it relates to inspection activities.
  • Well versed in ANSI.ASQ Z1.4 sampling plans
  • Familiar with AQL sampling, normal, reduced, and tightened inspections and switching rules.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP as it relates to inspection activities.
  • Ability to manage task deadlines with little management oversight.
  • Possesses the ability to read and interpret component drawings and use measurement tools such as callipers and micrometres.
  • Possesses the ability to evaluate certificate of analysis of chemicals/raw materials.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing Department and Suppliers to resolve incoming paperwork discrepancies and shipping issues.
  • Possesses strong organization, communication, writing, people skills/teamwork and detail oriented.
  • Experience working in a team environment, facilitating a team approach, and communicating effectively.
  • Practice safe work habits and adhere to Client safety procedures and guidelines
  • Maintains compliance to Client policies and procedures.
  • High School Diploma (or higher) with 3-5 years’ experience within a GMP environment.
  • Knowledge of medical device or drug packaging operations.
  • Experience with SAP ERP system, Live link, My Learning Center (MLC), Track wise, GEODE+ and STARLIMS a plus.
  • Position requires the use of a respirator when sampling certain chemicals and raw materials.
  • Ability to rotate weekend overtime among other inspectors in the department with occasional early or late hours
