The resource would work on multiple project throughout 2019 including:
· Integration between Workday and our new Rewards and Recognition System
· Performance and Development enhancements
· Work configuration and other activities related to Acquisitions and Divestitures
· Improvement and Efficiencies in the way Workday is integrated with Payroll systems in EMEA

Leadership Communication Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to manage all stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to present and communicate with all levels of leadership, and project teams – Executive Leadership presence required including business customers
  • Ability to manage customer and IT leadership expectations – manage the details and summarize the major talking points for leadership/exec team
  • Strong emotional intelligence skills and ability to influence others
Workday / Project Skills:
  • Experience designing, integrating and configuring Workday for all or some of the following : HCM P&D, Absence, Compensation, Reporting and Security
  • Experience in functional and technical configuration knowledge and extensive working experience across the suite of Workday modules
  • Strong leadership experience managing / participating in the full life cycle of a Workday implementation
  • Understands interdependencies between HR business process and Workday capabilities and related integrations
  • Understanding of the level of detail required in user stories and/or user requirements in order to design and configure a Workday solution
  • Excellent ability to anticipate potential risks and issues and to proactively provide solutions to leadership and project team
  • Ability to maintain project transparency and communication
  • Firm understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, and the ability to control scope according project phase
  • Experience in preparing a detailed estimate for an implementation is Required
  • Ability to lead, align, and collaborate across organizational boundaries is (e.g. project teams, functions, and partner organizations) without direct authority is required.
  • Experience in working with off-shore and on-shore development teams and create collaboration across time-zone and regions is required.
Key Activities:
  • Define & architect the functional design for Workday capabilities across HCM, P&D, Absence, Compensation, Reporting and Security
  • Provide Workday technical guidance and expertise to business teams, configuration teams, developers, testing teams, compliance and other project team members
  • Implements and manages multiple parts of program and project delivery
  • Perform detailed analysis of customer business processes and requirements to produce solution specifications
  • Identifies areas for process improvements in the HR domain; provides HR and Workday subject matter expertise and solutions
  • Provides analytical support and analysis for priority projects
  • Helps to resolves HR requirements of moderate to high complexity that cannot be answered immediately through service centers
  • Research future software releases for continuous processes improvement and innovation
  • Work with internal and external development teams to deliver Workday solutions
  • Lead, align, and collaborate across organizational boundaries without direct authority
  • Manage the resolution of cross-functional and cross-platform issues, tradeoffs, and risk in accordance with program objectives
