Marketing Analyst/Technical Marketing Associate

Our client, a leading medical devices manufacturing company is looking for a Marketing Analyst/Technical Marketing Associate. This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located in Miami, FL.

Education, Technical and Professional Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is a must
  • 2+ years Medical Technologist/Research Associate/Scientific background required
  • Technical Writing and Marketing Experience: 3+ years
  • Med Tech or Scientific Research Associate: 2+ years
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Highly skilled using MS Office software: PowerPoint, Excel Word, Outlook
  • Positive attitude and ability to take initiative
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Superior communication and organization development skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years of technical writing experience, including abstracts case studies
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office products.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing preferred (not required)
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills, both oral and written
Job Description:
  • Coordinating and producing case studies or scientific observations
  • Create case studies/reports including proofreading, editing, formatting
  • Collaborate with laboratory and directors to assist in coordinating collection of study data adherence to delivery deadlines
  • Ability to relate to laboratorians, physicians, PhD's and build relationships with KOLs
  • Maintain and organize files and projects
  • Maintain marketing data base information, resource & organization management systems
  • Present scientific data and study proposals to internal teams
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Assist with business development efforts including, but not limited to:
  • Scheduling & attending client meet-and-greets
  • Monitoring and assisting in improving customer and global partner relations
  • Surveying customer satisfaction
  • Maintain vital "up-to-date” business documentation including, but not limited to:
  • Pre-qualifications
  • Technical certifications
  • Vendor registrations
  • Contract documents
  • Market Research – Gather and analyze data related to competitors
  • Promotional Activities – Assist Global marketing Manager in coordinating and possibly attending events and creating collateral to support and engage with customers through advertising, public relations activities, and other media outreach programs.
