Description/Comment:
 
  • Receive and enter domestic, international, and intercompany orders.
  • Enter Sales orders as received from domestic, international and intercompany customers
  • Coordinate request for quotations with Engineering and Manufacturing
  • Coordinate order changes with customer and manufacturing
  • Provide technical assistance whenever possible
  • Expedite rush orders as required
  • Work with supervisor to handle issues that require assistance in resolving Callout when scheduled
  • Has responsibility for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services.
  • Processes routine to moderately complex transactions on-line, researches and resolves routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries and refers difficult problems to more senior representatives
  • Filing and other administrative duties as required
  • Maintain neat housekeeping
  • Know and understand Client Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Client.
  • Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. Good writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge in computers.
  • Telephone etiquette.
 
Preferred
 
  • Knowledge of Primary Cementation products.
