Job Description:
  • 15+ years of relevant experience and a BS in science or; 10+ years of relevant experience and a MS or MBA Experience should include 5 years of participation in cross-functional project management activities.4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Seasoned Senior PM, with experience managing Infrastructure Projects.
Must have
  • Experience managing Network/AD/Exchange/ AV/VC programs.
  • ITIL experience/certification
  • Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management
  • The Sr. IT Program Manager would manage/lead overall program which scans across multiple projects managed by other project managers from inception through completion, while adhering to project scope, schedule, quality and budget.
  • The Program Manager must possess strong communication skills and must be savvy working with both technology, project managers and business partners across the organization in a collaborative way.
  • PM will prepare program team and steering committee materials at program level , ensuring all projects complies with established practices, policies, and processes.
  • Ensuring that Program level risks/issues/decisions/dependencies are identified and tracked, and plans to resolve these as needed to successful delivery of the program.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
  • Manages program level budgets and drives financial accountability for overall delivery of solution
  • Leads RFP/RFI process for projects as required and works closely across business and IT teams to drive effective selection of delivery and solutions partners
  • . Maintains all reporting requirements as needed.
  • Actively manages the execution of the program, including assigning tasks across projects, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Integrates the work of large teams and multiple vendors to deliver program success.
  • May manage contract resources directly to execute program activities.
  • Oversees all phases of the program, coordinating with business sponsors, vendors, and other relevant areas of IT throughout.
  • Ensures all deliverables and commitments are met and the program is in compliance with relevant standards and methodologies. Also contributes to the enhancement and evolution of these standards for Client IT.
  • Proactively leads and executes program risk management and mitigation.
  • Orchestrates activities across all internal and external constituents and works comfortably with Client IT leadership to escalate and manage delivery challenges.
