 Job Description: 
  • Coordinates and supports the application of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) at the unit level for new product development and product upgrade programs.
  • Facilitates the application of Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), Phase Reviews for levels 1 - 6 and 5 star process at the unit level to ensure that project goals are met.
  • Assists Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) teams, providing administrative support, compiling information, analyzing reports, making summaries and preparing material to be used in presentations.
  • Contacts other units to obtain data and assist team members with data gathering and research for Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) documentation.
  • Maintains unit Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) documentation,  tracks cost reduction projects and prepares summary reports in order to  ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develops and maintains complex websites for the unit. Responsible for site  security administration and structure of required program documentation on  the server.
  • Provides continuing education and training on Enterprise Product Delivery  Process (EPDP) tools to users of engineering processes and systems through  formal classroom settings and one-on-one coaching.
  • Assists in the understanding and application of established engineering  policies and procedures; adapts process changes to unique unit requirements.
  • Schedules and facilitates meetings related to the program.
 Specific Position Requirements          
  • 1+ years of exp working with cross functional teams, working in a team environment, SAP exp proffered, great communication skills, fully onsite, 1st shift, Great MS Office Exp, working 40-45 hours per week.
  • Create, coordinate and maintain complex Bills of Material, Material Masters, drawing revisions and part attribute data in corporate information systems
  • Provide assistance with specification change request documentation to complete the change document process
  • Maintain and update a technical library related to current products using Part Data Management Systems and performs part searches in Client Information Systems
  • Assist with print reviews, quote requests and part searches by providing print or part information and may perform design tasks of a moderately complex nature
  • Train team members to assure that work is completed using proper processes
  • Maintain experimental drawing revisions and audits of production and prototype builds to verify Bill of Materials (BOM); and performs BOM analysis
