Desktop Support Analyst

II Technical Support contractor required to perform level 1/level 2 support 

The bulk of the requirement would be someone with the knowledge and skills to perform the typical tasks associated with supporting end-user Windows workstations, peripheral devices and office productively software. Most of the support would be over the phone, but the person will need to go on location if the issue cannot be fixed over the phone.

****This requirement would be for someone to be onsite in New Bern, NC on a daily basis, 35 – 40 hours per week.

Must haves:
• Microsoft Active Directory experience for Password resets
• Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating system support
• Microsoft Office and O365 support
• Microsoft SharePoint end user support
• TCP/IP troubleshooting on endpoint devices (knowledge of basic networking)
• PC/laptop hardware troubleshooting (Dell)
• PC/laptop hardware delivery and setup

Nice to haves:
• Familiarity with network security cameras
• Cisco IP phone support
• Familiarity with Quest Kace systems management and deployment

Location- New Bern, NC
Duraiton- 12 months
