Our client, a leading fortune company is looking for a Sr. Associate Quality Complaints Lab.  This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located in Thousand Oaks, CA
 
**shift to start at 3:00 pm

  • Must be self-motivated, able to interface effectively with various levels, attentive to details and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Must possess excellent leadership, problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills to operate and deliver results in a matrix-managed GMP environment.
  • Must possess the ability to evaluate issues, make quality decisions and understand when to escalate, if necessary.
 
Description:
  • Primary responsibilities include evaluation of product complaint return samples, interface with various Client sites and business partners, and management of product complaint return sample inventory.
  • Candidate will be responsible for working with other Client departments to resolve discrepancies/deficiencies
  • Candidate will also be responsible for initiating shipping requests and working with the distribution departments.
  • Candidate must have proven computer literacy as well as independently understanding, following and implementing instructions. Candidate must be well-organized, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to function in a fast paced environment. In addition, must be able to work independently or as a team player and collaborate with outside resources.
